Responsibilities Prepare and submit accurate customs entries and documentation in accordance with international trade regulations. Coordinate with freight forwarders, clients to ensure timely clearance of shipments. Monitor and manage import processes, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and transportation safety regulations. Maintain comprehensive records of customs documentation, regulatory reports, and compliance documentation for audit readiness. Stay updated on changes in global trade management software systems and international trade regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. Assist with regulatory reporting requirements related to logistics compliance, supply chain security, and export management. Experience Proven experience in customs brokerage entry. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations including HTS code. Technical proficiency with global trade management software and Excel data analysis tools. Familiarity with freight operations, transportation management systems, and logistics compliance protocols. Excellent report writing skills with the ability to interpret complex data into clear documentation.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
