The Import Agent will work alongside other team members to coordinate all import shipments to our facility. Their duties may change daily but is required to be responsible, attentive, and have great communication. Tolead Logistics US Inc, is eager to add a new team member who is eager, savvy, can-do attitude, and has great customer service skills. You will be a key player in the success of the company.

Responsibilities Shipment Management:

Coordinate air import shipments from pre-arrival, customs clearance, and airline release to final trucking delivery to our facility.

Documentation:

Process and review Air Waybills (AWBs) and arrival notices for accuracy.

Customer Communication:

Answer inquiries, provide tracking updates, and report delays or issues with proposed solutions before the client asks. General office duties (data entry, answering phones, distributing mail, etc.) in support of the other members of the department Flexibility, ability to manage multiple tasks, and attention to detail critical Ability to reason and problem solve necessary Ability to communicate accurately and concisely, both orally and in writing Flexible Schedule Duties as assigned by the Manager or Director Qualifications 1-3 years' experience in air freight operations Skills of Microsoft Office Ability to handle multiple tasks and rapidly changing priorities Have strong attention to detail ability to function effectively as a member of a team as well as work independently as necessary Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
