In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service while ensuring all import and export activities are handled with accuracy and full compliance with U.S. Customs regulations. 【Essential Duties】 ・Classify imported goods in accordance with the HTSUS. ・Utilize ACE Portal for applicable functions such as AES filings, protests, and other regulatory activities. ・Maintain compliance with U.S. customs laws and regulations. ・Communicate with CBP and other government agencies (FDA, USDA, etc.). ・Oversee CTPAT procedures and TSA requirements. ・Advise clients and internal teams on customs-related matters. ・Review and maintain customs documentation and records. ・Train and mentor junior operations and import team members. ・Stay current with regulatory changes and industry trends. 【Working Hours, Working style】 In-office / Full-Time (
