Experience:
Mid Level Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year Job Details - Responsibilities Shipment Delivery on time per customer's request. Coordinate full-cycle of ocean and air import shipments from origin country to final destinations Prepare and review import documentation for Import customs clearance Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system Qualifications Experience in ocean or air import operations or international freight forwarding preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
