Mon-Fri On-Site Only Salary:
$80,000 - $120,000/yr depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate
Type:
Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and submit customs documentation, including import declarations, entries, tariffs, and regulatory reports. Ensure all filings comply with CBP regulations, trade laws, and agency requirements. Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, and government agencies to ensure timely clearance of shipments. Manage regulatory reporting obligations related to customs activities, compliance, and risk mitigation. Oversee transportation?related compliance tasks, including documentation accuracy and logistics coordination. Maintain detailed records for audits, compliance reviews, and internal reporting. Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Active U.S. Customs Broker License required. Proven experience in customs clearance, import regulations, and trade compliance. Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain operations, and freight forwarding processes. Familiarity with OSHA and FDA regulations affecting imported goods. Excellent written communication and report?writing skills. Strong interpersonal skills Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $120,000.00
