About the Role As Designated Broker, you'll hold ADRE licensing responsibility for our brokerage, overseeing compliance, agent supervision, and recordkeeping across both our sales and property management divisions. This is an opportunity to help build a brokerage from the ground up, with flexibility around the level of day-to-day involvement — we're open to discussing a full-time, in-house role or a broker-of-record arrangement, depending on the right fit. Responsibilities Serve as the licensed Designated Broker of record with the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) Supervise licensed agents and ensure compliance with Arizona real estate statutes and rules Oversee trust account management and recordkeeping for both sales transactions and property management funds Review and approve property management agreements, leases, and related documentation Support the development of office policies, procedures, and agent training Serve as the point of contact for ADRE audits, inquiries, and complaints Qualifications Active Arizona real estate broker's license in good standing Completion of ADRE's Broker Management Clinic Minimum of 3 of the last 5 years as an actively licensed real estate agent or broker (per ADRE requirements) Experience with property management operations, trust accounting, and lease compliance strongly preferred Strong understanding of Arizona real estate and landlord-tenant law Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable mentoring agents Compensation Competitive and negotiable, based on the scope of involvement.
