Job Objective The Broker Specialist is responsible for coordinating, processing, and following up on import and export operations through the Calexico port of entry, as well as other ports of entry as needed. This position ensures compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements and applicable government regulations. The position serves as an operational liaison between customers, carriers, traffic teams, warehouses, customs authorities, and the Customs Brokerage team, ensuring that operations are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with applicable regulations. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Customs Brokerage, customs operations, import/export, or a similar position . (Required) Conversational English for communication with customers, carriers, government authorities, and internal teams. (Required) Basic knowledge of import and export processes between Mexico and the United States . Knowledge of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and customs compliance requirements. (Preferred) Experience following up on customs entries, import/export documentation, releases, and/or customs clearance processes . (Preferred) Ability to review and verify customs and commercial documentation , identifying errors or missing information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel . Excellent organizational, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills . Ability to work on-site in Calexico, CA . Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30

PM Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
