Built on a legacy of quality and innovation, we are seeking a Senior Specialist - Order Management Import/Export to join our team and support our continued growth. The Senior Specialist - Order Management Import/Export is responsible for managing international orders and export activities from order receipt through final delivery, ensuring accurate order processing, timely shipments, and compliance with customer and shipping requirements. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, logistics partners, and internal teams, while providing expertise in export documentation, transportation coordination, issue resolution, process improvement, and team training. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Receive, review, and process international customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, terms, product specifications, quantities, freight terms, and shipping requirements. Coordinate the movement of import and export shipments from order receipt through final delivery while ensuring customer requirements and delivery commitments are met. Enter, validate, and maintain international customer orders within Oracle for both manual and EDI-generated transactions. Monitor international order status and proactively resolve issues that may impact customer delivery, inventory availability, transportation, documentation, or compliance requirements. Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely movement and clearance of shipments. Prepare, review, and validate export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, export declarations, and other country-specific documentation. Review and administer Letters of Credit and other international payment instruments to ensure compliance with customer and banking requirements. Issue pro forma invoices and coordinate required documentation to support international shipments. Partner with Distribution, Transportation, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely shipment scheduling and resolution of shipping constraints. Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving customer experience, international shipping performance, compliance, and operational efficiency. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to Customer Service Representatives and other team members regarding international order management processes. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum of 5 years of Order Management experience, including at least 3 years of Import/Export experience. Working knowledge of Letters of Credit, international trade terminology, and commercial documentation. Understanding of containerized shipment requirements and global logistics processes. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle. Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. 7-10 years of Order Management experience, including 5+ years of Import/Export experience. Advanced knowledge of Oracle ERP systems. Experience in the consumer products industry. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend Spanish.
