In this role, you will coordinate international import shipments and domestic ground transport while maintaining clear communication across airlines, steamship lines, carriers, and customs brokers.
Manage domestic freight movements, including Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and Full-Truckload (FTL) shipments.
Maintain ongoing daily communication via phone and email with commercial airlines, steamship lines, US customs brokers, carriers, and clients.
Prepare, update, and manage operational reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with internal team members and logistics partners to ensure timely clearance and delivery of cargo. experience 1-4 years skills Associates Degree-Desired Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with fluent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Strong team-player attitude, excellent organizational abilities, and proactive communication skills.
