Job Summary:

The Cargo Screener provides for the safety and security of cargo going on board cargo and passenger aircraft. Cargo Screeners will use the procedures set forth by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Corporate Loss Prevention Associates, Inc. (CLPA) to ensure a safe and secure flight.

Responsibilities:

1) Cargo Screeners are required to inspect cargo or packages, additional information will be given upon interview. 2) Notify supervisors when needed. 3) Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas. 4) Maintain documentation in accordance with client policy or TSA regulation.

Requirements:

Screeners must be able to: 1) Screeners must be a U.S Citizen 2) Must be able to verbally communicate. 3) Must possess basic computer skills. 4) Must be able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts. 5) Must be able to pass written and oral exams. 6) Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 7) Must be able to pass a 10 year background history check.
