When you join RadNet as a Director of Accounting and Finance , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21 st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
Manage the underlying team's day to day accounting activities to ensure adherence to
U.S. GAAP
; manage any other compliance requirements with a strong focus on completeness and accuracy of financial data as well as a timely ERP close process. Monthly financial and expense trend analysis supported by detailed workpapers and reconciliations. Manage and maintain the expense reimbursement review process, including ensuring compliance with the Travel & Expense policy and any required communications to employees/managers/executives regarding same. Miscellaneous project management and/or application implementations (e.g. Alteryx). Find means to increase efficiency and productivity without impairing quality, completeness or accuracy. Liaison to internal and external auditors. Other duties as assigned.

This Role, You Must Have:
Ability to be a self starter with an acute attention to detail. Extensive working experience and knowledge in general accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, payroll accounting and the related payroll tax liabilities, accounting policies and procedures, and internal financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel experience required; proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains ERP preferred. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 12 years hands-on experience in accounting; at least five (5) years' experience in a managerial role in the accounting department; preferably a CPA certificate and/or MBA from an accredited university.
