Our healthcare client is seeking a
  • Director of Finance/Accounting Analyst with strong Workday Financials expertise
  • to support financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and system optimization across multiple entities. This role will serve as the
  • Workday Financials Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • , partnering with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, HR, and operational teams to enhance reporting capabilities, improve data integrity, and drive process efficiencies. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting knowledge with hands-on Workday experience and a passion for continuous improvement in a healthcare environment.

  • + Serve as the
  • Workday Financials SME
  • , supporting system optimization, reporting enhancements, and ongoing process improvements. + Develop, maintain, and enhance
  • financial reports, dashboards, and custom Workday reports
  • to support business and operational decision-making. + Prepare and analyze
  • monthly financial statements
  • , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. + Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities utilizing
  • Workday Adaptive Planning
  • , while supporting cash flow analysis and productivity reporting. + Partner with internal and external auditors and provide leadership support for accounting and payroll functions, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
  • What's Needed?
  • + Bachelor's degree in
  • Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • . + Hands-on experience with
  • Workday Financials
  • and
  • Workday Adaptive Planning
  • . + Strong knowledge of
  • financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and financial analysis
  • . + Proven ability to create and maintain
  • dashboards, custom reports, and data-driven insights
  • within Workday. + Healthcare industry accounting experience preferred;
  • CPA designation is a plus but not required
