This is a 3-month contract opportunity. Pay range: $76.82 - $79.20 per hour This role involves working with internal Risk, Audit, and IT departments to ensure thepliance of accounting systems. The ideal candidate will oversee regulatory filings, drive process improvements, and manage a team of accounting staff in a dynamic financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

Work with Risk, Audit and IT departments to ensurepliance of our accounting systems Oversee preparation of regulatory filings and supporting schedules Maintain accounting systems (e.g., Intacct, Workday, Bill, Tallie) and reporting integrity Establish and enhance internal control frameworks Drive process improvements across billing, collections, expense management, and financial reporting Support scaling of finance infrastructure as the firm grows Manage and develop accounting staff, including A/R Clerk, A/P Clerk, and Practice Administrator Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred Series 27 required (or can be earned on the job) 7-12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience Prior experience within an advisory, consulting, or investment banking environment preferred Experience managing accounting teams and financial close processes required Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience with revenue recognition in services-based environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in accounting systems (Sage Intacct is a plus) and Microsoft Excel Excellentmunication and organizational skills Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
