Job Overview- Financial Aid Officer CBT Technology Institute is seeking a student-focused and detail-oriented Financial Aid Officer to help students understand and secure financial aid while providing excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities Guide students through the financial aid process and available funding options. Collect and review required financial aid documents. Determine eligibility for grants, loans, scholarships, and other aid programs. Maintain accurate student records in financial aid systems. Follow up with students regarding missing documents and file completion. Explain financial aid policies, payment options, and student responsibilities. Assist with financial aid compliance and reporting requirements. Qualifications Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience in Financial Aid, Admissions, Student Services, Customer Service, or a related field. Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Why Join CBT?
