Cambridge is seeking an experienced Financial Aid Officer for its Atlanta location. The Financial Aid Officer is responsible for the administration of the Institution's financial aid services, which includes federal, state, VA, and third-party awards. The Financial Aid Officer is the on-site point of contact for all students and must possess the ability to award and package aid, complete verification, certify VA benefits, and resolve any conflicting information as it pertains to a student's documentation for aid. We are seeking excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and professionalism is necessary. Responsibilities Manage all student receivables to facilitate proper and timely collection of funds Work with Enrollment Manager to assist with monthly enrollment goals Ensure all financial aid paperwork is processed according to company policy Participate in federal and state audits Additional Skills preferred: Ability to perform R2T4 calculations Perform Entrance and Exit Loan Counseling Knowledge of
COD, NSLDS, VA ONCE, FAA
Access to CPS online Campus Vue Aptitude to learn and develop in Financial Aid. Must possess the desire to learn skills as it relates to ED Connect, audits, and reconciliation Job Requirements (Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements will not be considered) 3-5 years of active financial aid experience preferred Associates Degree in Business or similar.
