10-15 Job Definition - The Student Financial Aid Office Assistant provides support to the Financial Aid Office.

Support and Model the policies and standards of Crown College as stated in the Student Handbook and Crown Community Covenant.

Evidence of Christian character and a commitment to encourage others toward Christ-likeness.

Maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA.Must be in good standing with the college.

Previous experience with administrative work preferred. Responsibilities - Answer the phone/emails Process received mailDevelop a basic understanding of Financial Aid programsComputer entry and other clerical duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

Proficiency with basic computer applications, including email and word processing.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.,Interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Maintain confidentiality regarding private student information.

Demonstrated dependability and punctuality.

Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple responsibilities.
