Financial Analyst About the Role Titomic, a global leader in Cold Spray Additive Manufacturing and Titomic Kinetic Fusion™ technology, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Financial Analyst to assist in the management of day-to-day financial operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to help drive strategic business decisions. This role requires strong quantitative skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Maintain, update, and reconcile general ledger accounts and journal entries. Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Partner with department leaders to develop and monitor operating budgets. Prepare financial statements, budget-to-actual reports, and variance analyses. Support internal and external audits and assist with tax documentation preparation. Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and macroeconomic factors relevant to the business.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related role Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders
Preferred:
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) CFA, CPA, or progress toward certification Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion) Advanced skills in SQL or Python for data analysis Core Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong business judgment and strategic thinking Collaborative mindset and stakeholder management skills Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
