Financial Analyst I

Family Health Matters Community Health Center is seeking a Financial Analyst I to support accounts payable, financial reporting, and cost analysis activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and supporting financial operations in a healthcare setting. What You'll Do Accounts Payable (Primary Focus) Review and process vendor invoices Code invoices to correct accounts and departments Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries Assist with payment processing and reconciliation Financial & Cost Support Assist with journal entries and reconciliations Support month-end close activities Help gather data for cost and service-line reporting Assist with budgeting and financial reporting Support grant and expense tracking

What We're Looking For Required:

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience 2-3 years of accounts payable or accounting support experience Basic Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Healthcare or FQHC experience Exposure to budgeting or financial reporting Schedule Full-Time | Alternative Work Week (4/10 Schedule) Typical schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week . Pay:

$25.00 - $40.80 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
