Utilize Stata, R, and Excel for financial modeling and forecasting, and basic SQL querying to assemble analysis-ready datasets; simulate financial scenarios and strategies to support data-driven decisions aligned with organizational objectives. 3. Regularly track key financial indicators like revenue and profit margins. Leverage historical financial data from past projects to streamline budget consolidation, manage cash flow, and conduct cost analysis (e.g., cost-per-unit, vacancy loss, make-ready costs). Provide the senior management with strategic advice, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our various initiatives. 4. Evaluate and refine the company's financial and investment procedures to ensure they adhere to best practices, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in our financial operations. 5. Collaborate closely with the accounting team to conduct monthly project budget reviews and implement modifications, financial forecasting, and expenditure tracking, ensuring that spending aligns with our leasing timelines, unit turn schedules, and market-seasonality and available resources to support ongoing operations. 6. Use Microsoft Excel to produce recurring financial reports, automate data collection, and enhance data processing efficiency. Develop advanced Excel macros and pivot tables for clear financial communication. 7. Perform a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining the company's financial health, thereby enabling the organization to continue its mission of delivering reliable, cost-effective and high-quality rental housing services. 8. Develop and maintain rigorous internal control mechanisms to ensure adherence to financial regulations and principles and to safeguard the company's assets. 9. Perform risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies to minimize potential financial risks, ensuring the company's longevity and ability to meet its mission. 10.
