This is a full-time, onsite position based in Oakland, CA.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Finance & Accounting Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial operations, reporting, and compliance across CNA/NNU and its affiliated entities. This position partners closely with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial insights, support audits, and contribute to organizational decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements and prepare detailed reports Conduct financial research and trend analysis to support budgeting and forecasting Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end close processes Lead and contribute to ad hoc financial analysis projects Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate financial reporting Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, processes, and reporting workflows

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related field Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience with fund accounting or multi-entity environments preferred Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $124,308 to $130,560, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage for employees and their families, as well as a generous pension plan.
