Job Description

Summary The Financial Analyst will perform comprehensive revenue, cost, and P&L analysis at all levels. Daily responsibilities include annual and quarterly financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial statements. This role requires providing data-driven insights to management through expert analytical skills and advanced proficiency with Excel and Oracle Fusion. Key Functions and Responsibilities Conducts revenue, cost, and comprehensive P&L analyses across multiple levels. Delivers accurate and timely evaluations of financial performance and key metrics, including non-financial indicators Supports the annual and quarterly financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes, and financial statement preparation Develops and presents financial dashboards tailored to various organizational levels Ad-hoc analysis on Revenue, Expenses, Projects and A/R Balance Sheet Reconciliation Utilizes data-driven reporting and analysis to provide actionable insights for management. Other duties as needed. Abilities and Knowledge Skilled in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Experienced in revenue and expense analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and dashboard tools such as Tableau. Proficient in Oracle Fusion and planning modules like EPM. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, promote teamwork, promote positive human relations and organize with strong management/leadership skills. Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Capable of multitasking and performing efficiently under deadlines. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Committed to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions. Flexible, yet organized, with the ability to exercise sound judgment. Be familiar with and adhere to HRC and Laboratory Policies & Procedures. Provide excellent customer service and patient care. Qualifications Required BS/BA in finance/accounting from an accredited college/university Required 1-2 years of relevant experience Preferred previous accounting experience Preferred background in healthcare Reports to

$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
