Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the Controller by overseeing key financial activities, including reporting, analysis, and operational insights.
Responsibilities:
Manage monthly closing cycles to ensure accurate reflection of the plant's financial position, including profit and loss statements, capital base, and cash flow. Provide detailed financial analysis and guidance to line managers and the plant manager to support operational and strategic decisions. Conduct variance analysis and maintain accurate inventory valuation, reconciling inventory accounts and analyzing inventory movements. Prepare and analyze monthly reports on actual performance versus budget, providing insights and recommendations. Support internal controls and audit processes to ensure compliance with financial management policies. Assist with capital expenditure tracking and provide financial data for capital appropriation requests. Perform ad hoc financial reporting and cost studies to address specific operational needs or stakeholder inquiries. Strong expertise in standard costing principles, variance analysis, and manufacturing KPIs. Demonstrated ability to perform inventory valuation, account reconciliation, and inventory movement analysis. Proficiency in ERP systems, including Oracle, and familiarity with financial reporting tools. Advanced knowledge of capital expenditure tracking and preparation of financial reports. Comprehensive understanding of internal controls, compliance standards, and audit processes. Proven ability to connect data to strategy, identify trends, and interpret business risks and opportunities. Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights and influence stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:
At least three to five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a plant operation environment. Bachelors degree ( or Master's) in Accounting or Finance
