Job Description

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $105,000 to $115,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long range financial forecasts, budgeting models, and planning tools to support strategic business decisions. Prepare financial analyses, management reports, and executive presentations that provide insight into business performance and future trends. Support cash flow planning, capital allocation initiatives, and financial modeling related to growth and investment opportunities. Partner with operational and finance teams to gather business assumptions, evaluate performance, and improve forecasting accuracy. Lead reporting enhancements, automation projects, and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, public accounting, or a related area. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience developing complex financial models and forecasting tools. Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality results in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
CPA certification is preferred. Previous experience in commercial real estate, investment analysis, or asset management environments. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Prior experience creating executive dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and performance metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and leadership teams. REF #52715 #LI-DD1 #Ind-SFV
