- Reconciliation Analyst II
- About your role:
- Support international settlement operations by analyzing balancing activity, completing reconciliations, and helping ensure accurate financial processing.
- What you'll do:
- + Monitor and perform complex daily reconciliations and analysis of bank data for wire and Automated Clearing House (ACH) settlements, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed + Process correcting entries for clients using automated tools and manual adjustments with a high degree of accuracy + Provide daily cash projections and communicate funding position changes to Treasury throughout the day + Escalate reporting and settlement issues to the appropriate teams and support timely resolution + Maintain accurate records of reconciliation-related issues, exceptions, and corrective actions + Partner with process owners, management, and cross-functional teams to recommend and implement process improvements + Learn and support team processes, resolve out-of-balance situations, and work through escalations across daily operations + Create and enhance controls and procedures for existing processes and new business activity as needed •Experience you'll need to have:•+ 4+ years of experience in treasury, settlements, balancing, accounting, finance, analytics or related financial operations.
- Experience that would be great to have:
- + Experience in settlement or balancing operations. + Experience in interpreting financial anomalies, reconciling financial records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy. + Experience using Power Automate or similar reporting tools.
- How you'll work:
- + This role is on-site Monday through Friday in
- Coral Springs, FL, Hagerstown, MD or Berkeley Heights, NJ

Salary Range:
- $57,000.
