STUDENT HOUSING ASSET MANAGER
We are searching for an experienced Student Housing Asset Manager responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of student housing assets (off-campus properties). This includes financial analysis, strategic planning, working with property managers, and ensuring assets meet investment goals.

Competitive salaries and bonus structure Medical, dental, vision and voluntary insurance plans Company match 401k Flex Spending Paid Time Off Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple student housing properties within a region or portfolio Monitor property income, expenses, and overall profitability Prepare and review budgets Analyze occupancy rates, rent growth, and NOI (Net Operating Income) Review leasing performance, marketing campaigns, and tenant retention Evaluate market trends in student housing (pricing, demand, competition) Ensure properties maintain high standards of maintenance and operations Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field 3-7+ years in real estate asset management, investment, or property management 5+ years experience in student housing asset management or property management Yardi or Entrata experience required, Advanced Excel user Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, pleasant demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to prioritize tasks and to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Problem solving, project management and analytical skills required Ability to travel on a consistent basis Work Environment Office-based with frequent site visits Fast-paced, deadline-driven (especially around leasing and turn seasons) Collaboration with finance, leasing, and operations teams Equal Opportunity Employer
