Financial Analyst/Budget Analyst Hui Huliau - 5.0 Hickam AFB, HI Job Details 5 hours ago Qualifications Research Full Job Description Provides senior-level financial management, budget analysis, and program support to the G37 Exercises mission. Collects and analyzes financial data; develops program and project budgets, forecasts, and spend plans; tracks funding execution, commitments, obligations, and expenditures; and provides data-driven recommendations to senior leaders. Performs detailed analysis of complex Army and Joint budgets, including portfolios exceeding $50M, and supports development of Program Objective Memorandums (POMs). Conducts financial reporting, reconciliation, and quality-control reviews; identifies financial risks and recommends corrective actions; and researches applicable accounting and financial management guidance, including DoD FMR, GAAP, and GAAS. Uses financial management systems and automated tools, including GFEBS, Power BI, and Power Apps, to improve financial visibility, reporting, dashboards, and decision support. Supports organizational studies, process improvement, and development of financial management procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Operates independently on high-visibility and mission-critical requirements and may oversee or coordinate the efforts of less-senior personnel. Travel may be required inside of the U.S. (CONUS) as well as internationally (OCONUS).
