Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity, evaluate alternatives, adapt quickly, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations. Effective communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, including experience developing executive-ready materials and partnering effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Curiosity and an innovation mindset, including the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes through technology, data, automation, and AI; Finance or financial-services experience is preferred.
