Purpose:
The Finance Transformation Senior Lead Analyst will serve as an advanced individual contributor within the FTO Project & Workstream Delivery team, leading complex transformation programs, projects, and interconnected workstreams that advance strategic priorities across the Finance organization. The Senior Lead Analyst is expected to operate with significant autonomy and provide leadership through expertise, influence, judgment, and accountability rather than formal people-management authority.
Accountabilities:
Lead complex, cross-functional Finance transformation programs, projects, and interconnected workstreams from strategy and mobilization through implementation, adoption, and measurable value realization. Translate strategic priorities and ambiguous business challenges into executable transformation roadmaps, business cases, governance structures, and delivery plans, balancing business value, feasibility, risk, controls, and organizational readiness. Serve as a trusted transformation partner to senior Finance leaders, providing objective advice and recommendations while aligning stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and other enterprise functions around priorities, decisions, tradeoffs, and accountabilities. Drive disciplined execution across multiple initiatives by managing scope, priorities, resources, dependencies, risks, executive governance, implementation readiness, and organizational change while maintaining accountability for intended business outcomes Elevate transformation effectiveness by mentoring project resources, strengthening scalable delivery practices, and identifying opportunities to leverage technology, data, automation, and AI to improve Finance processes and business outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
6+ years of relevant professional experience, preferred in finance transformation, management consulting, program/project delivery, business transformation, finance operations, or process improvement. Demonstrated success autonomously leading multiple concurrent, complex cross-functional transformation projects or workstreams from planning and mobilization through implementation, adoption, and measurable outcomes, including ownership of priorities, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment Advanced critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex alternatives, apply systems thinking, make sound judgments, and adapt quickly as business priorities evolve. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, lead through expertise rather than formal authority, and communicate complex information through compelling executive-level narratives and recommendations. Strong understanding of Finance processes and operating environments, combined with an innovation mindset and demonstrated ability to leverage technology, data, automation, and AI as transformation enablers; financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree and/or relevant professional certification such as PMP, CPA, CFA, Lean/Six Sigma, or Agile is preferred.
