• 73,000 + annual profit sharing A long-established company is adding a brand-new Payroll & Finance Analyst to its Finance team.

If you're the person who catches the discrepancy everyone else missed, you'll fit right in. The role combines hands-on payroll with detailed financial auditing, and it has room to grow within Finance. What you'll do Process biweekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees Review time cards and make sure labor is allocated to the right departments and projects Audit insurance and benefit invoices against enrollment records, then allocate the costs Review employee expense reports in Concur and monthly corporate card statements Prepare commission statements and payments, and reconcile commissions to the general ledger each month Prepare payroll, labor, tax and benefit reports for Accounting, HR and leadership Help with state tax registrations as the business expands What you bring 4+ years of payroll and/or finance experience Hands-on payroll processing, including time cards Strong auditing and reconciliation skills with close attention to detail Proficiency with an HRIS/payroll system and
