Job Description
Responsibilities Proactively identify opportunities, create solutions and execute plans to optimize business performance. Collaborate with Functional Leaders to identify and drive Company-wide revenue and expense initiatives that assist communities in meeting and exceeding their NOI goals. Provide exceptional service to all customers by providing timely and thoughtful responses to requests, and demonstrate the ability to think from clients' perspective. Participate in and/or provide information and insights for meetings, presentations, and processes that drive NOI including, but not limited to, pricing calls, in-house rate increases, CFO Reviews, and Operations Calls. Analyze financial and operational data to identify optimization opportunities that helps drive community profitability. May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned. Qualifications One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a finance role. Bachelor's degree required. Able to manipulate data efficiently using Excel. Experience with business intelligence and financial reporting systems a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, detail orientation, follow-up, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
