Manufacturing Full Job Description Purpose of Role:
This role is responsible for turning vast amounts of data into actionable information; as well as, delivering reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly cadence. The FP&A Senior Analyst will provide analysis for the organization to drive overall company profitability, commercial and operational improvements, track KPI metrics and provide essential insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide reporting and analytics to drive profitability, commercial improvements, and operational efficiency, track KPI metrics and provide insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Aggregate data from a variety of financial and operational systems to analyze performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain all daily, weekly, monthly reporting and metric analytics. This includes but is not not limited to: consolidated financial results, dashboard metrics, rolling cash flow weekly forecast, monthly reporting package, and Board of Director presentations.
  • Responsible for driving the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
  • Produce thorough financial status reports and ad hoc financial analysis for senior management and functional leaders to help improve operational efficiency and aid in revenue and margin growth.
  • Support short and long-term operational strategies that drive revenue, margin growth and company profitability. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in progressive FP&A or Accounting roles Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or Business required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Sequel etc. is required. Qlikview experience preferred.
  • Detailed hands-on Microsoft Excel experience including ability to build detailed financial models, use of pivot tables, certain macros etc.
  • Manufacturing or warehouse management experience preferred.
  • Systems implementations (ERP, WMS, CRM) experience preferred.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills, with a quick-thinking, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems and topics to engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to review, analyze and interpret financial results, identify issues and variances. Excellent reconciliation skills and problem-solving skills. Ability to track down and resolve the source of variances.
  • Highly accountable, responsive, with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities on an ongoing basis amidst tight deadlines. Prioritize appropriately, balancing a work management and strategic business perspective. Adapt quickly to changing business requirements.
  • Interact regularly and proactively with all levels of the organization to understand the business in detail and therefore can effectively support the strategic, financial and operational goals of the corporation, including leading budget management at all functional levels.
  • Ability to tie financial information to business decisions and explain related impacts to non-Finance professionals.
  • High level of discipline, discretion, confidentiality with an understanding that modeling is to support decision-making, not the end result - final actions may differ from the models.
  • Strong commitment to integrity, ethical business conduct and compliance.
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up and strong project management skills.
  • Consistent and extreme attention to detail, with a high quality, accurate work product.

Pay:
