Job Title Senior Reconciliation Analyst What does a successful Senior Reconciliation Analyst do? As a Senior Reconciliation Analyst for Settlement Controls & Solutions (SCS), you will lead complex reconciliation activities that ensure accurate settlement and cash positioning for Fiserv and our clients. You will work closely with Treasury, operations, and technology partners to resolve discrepancies, enhance reconciliation processes, and support initiatives that improve financial accuracy, control, and client outcomes. What you'll do: Liquidity & Funding Oversight Own daily cash positioning across settlement accounts Ensure funding sufficiency (DDA, fiduciary, sponsor bank accounts) Escalate breaks impacting liquidity or credit utilization Advanced Reconciliation + Break Ownership Lead resolution of complex recon breaks impacting cash Validate completeness/accuracy of settlement flows end-to-end Control Execution (Audit-ready) Execute and evidence key controls: cash positioning validation funding adequacy checks exception aging governance Partner with Risk / Audit on testing and remediation Analytics & Insight Perform trend analysis (balances, funding usage, break types) Identify risk patterns (timing delays, funding gaps, concentration risk) Cross-functional Coordination Interface with: Treasury (funding / credit limits) Ops (recon + exceptions) Tech (file failures, system impacts) Banks / partners when needed Process Improvement Identify automation / tooling opportunities Standardize cash management playbooks and procedures Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary. Experience you'll need to have: Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation, banking, finance, or a related discipline supporting daily financial processes. Experience supporting project implementation, process improvements, or operational change initiatives within a financial, banking, payments and/or similar environment. Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) 4+ years of an equivalent combination of education, work and/or military experience What would be great to have: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field Knowledge of different card brands - VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover. Experience working with Data Analytics/Metrics Experience in interpreting financial anomalies, reconciling financial records, identifying discrepancies, ensuring accurate treasury functions, and/or similar discipline Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, SQL, or Power Automate Specialized certifications such as CTP How you'll work: This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity. This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
