Project Financial Analyst, Journeyman (2990) PSI Pax is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) Headquartered in Patuxent River, MD. We are recognized as key contributors to our DOD Customer's mission specializing in Information Technology, enterprise resource planning, business and financial management, acquisition, and logistics. PSI Pax is at the forefront of innovation in supporting our DOD customer's complex requirements. We help our customers coordinate services across their enterprises nationwide, enhance efficiency through process improvement, and deliver quality services within cost and on schedule.

PSI Pax Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Project Financial Analyst, Journeyman, to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provides budget execution support, financial, accounting, and cost data reporting for ATC&LS Division technical projects and programs.
  • Conducts quantitative analysis of financial data and assists project managers by providing recommendations to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
  • Develops budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures and regulations while analyzing budgeting and accounting reports.
  • Utilizes N-ERP to perform financial execution functions and assists with data calls as required.
  • May also support more experienced analysts, applying analytical techniques and methodologies to contribute to the financial management of the projects.
  • Supports and guides junior staff and collaborates with senior team members in applying analytical techniques and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories. OR
  • Six (6) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories required experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Of the minimum required three years of experience, at least one year of experience must be with Navy or other DoD programs.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
