An Investment or Portfolio Analyst advises individuals and companies about investments. Typically works with a collection of investments called a portfolio, though can also advise clients about individual investments. Studies trends that impact investments and writes reports regarding economic and business changes and activities that affect the value of investments. Can also be involved in the selling of investments, such as stocks. Works mainly in investment firms, though can also be employed in lending institutions, corporate finance departments, banks or insurance companies.

The Investment Analyst is responsible to assist the Project Cost Specialist with various duties and tasks including but not limited to: Creating and processing specifications, manufacturing change notices, requisitions, debit memos, and L4 WBS numbers in SAP Creating and maintaining planning items and documenting investment meetings Creating and publishing various weekly / monthly investment reports Creating / maintaining invoice workflows and resolving invoicing issues Loading project data to MEDDS Reconciling closing projects Coordinating yearend accrual process and maintaining supplier cost roll-up files Special projects as requested Any other tasks as assigned by the

Project Cost Specialist or Investment Manager Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor's degree Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Experience with Power BI, Power Query SAP knowledge is a plus

Experience:
