Global Controlling:

Analyzing variances to walk deviations for global consolidation including Sales, Costs, Capital expenditures, Headcount, and NPM tracking. Oberseeing implementation of the actual reporting including deviation analyses and, if necessary, determination of measures to achieve goals together with the relevant departmental function manager Developing systematic approach for variance controlling with special focus on intercompany charges and engineering recovery Leading global reporting streamline process with standard templates and possible digital solutions including identify solutions for system issues. Collaborating with engineering and global domain function stakeholders for project cost management. Implementing for compliance with global instruction and policies. Monitoring the development of costs and following up on the agreed measures, ensure proper measure tracking and reporting Being able to utilize ZF reporting tools to provide detailed analysis to management team and respond to tasks Supporting meeting organization and presentation as well as Ad-Hoc reporting request from the management team.
