If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are working with companies in Grand Haven that are adding Financial Analysts to their teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis for production costs. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making in manufacturing operations. Analyze capital expenditure requests, evaluating return on investment and financial viability for new equipment and plant expansions. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends in manufacturing. Partner with operations teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve financial performance across production lines. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support various manufacturing initiatives and special projects. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques. Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. Understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and variance analysis.
