SR. TREASURY ANALYST

Job Description As a member of the Corporate Finance team, the Sr. Treasury Analyst will be responsible for supporting Lear's global Capital Markets Treasury function. The primary focus will include daily Capital Markets activities and strategic long-term objectives. The position will also support specific cross-functional Treasury focused projects.

Responsibilities Your work will include, but not be limited to: Support capital markets transactions, including preparation of presentations for external stakeholders, management team and Board of Directors Collaborate with global tax department on internal capital structure initiatives (i.e. dividends, capital reductions, capitalizations, inter-company financings and overall restructuring) Support overall liquidity planning and management Support Share Repurchase Program Support Pension related activities Produce monthly /quarterly treasury reporting requirements Review and support 10Q/10K footnote disclosures for debt and pensions / research, understand financial statement implications for all treasury initiatives Support external audit requirements Support Risk Management related activities including executing daily spot FX trades Participate in regular meetings regarding various Treasury topics with global banking partners Ad hoc projects working with Corporate and Regional Treasury teams as well as cross functional global groups Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Broad finance and accounting skills with 2+ years of experience Self-starter, ability to manage a project from inception to completion Highly organized and works well under pressure / tight deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Strong interpersonal and analytical skills Preferred Experience Master's degree Experience in Treasury with a focus in Capital Markets and/or Risk Management Equal Opportunity Employer Lear Corporation is committed to fair, merit‑based employment practices and equal opportunity.
