• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar corporate finance role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and refine financial models for planning, reporting, and decision support.
• Strong background in variance analysis and interpreting financial results in a business context.
• Experience conducting ad hoc analysis and working with large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Proficiency with data mining techniques and advanced analytical problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Power BI is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to business partners and leadership.
