Emerald Financial Group is a growing independent financial services practice of Thrivent. We take a broad-based approach to helping clients achieve multiple financial goals, with a primary focus on individuals and families who are approaching or currently in retirement and have at least $100,000 in investable assets. Position Summary The Paraplanner position will come alongside our Advisors to learn how to create financial plans and soak up firm-specific procedures and processes. Key responsibilities include preparation of financial plans, investment research and analysis, and coordination of client service needs with team members.
