THE POSITION

At Pediatric Home Service, we help medically complex kids live their best lives at home. As a Finance Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting a growing healthcare organization while working alongside a collaborative and mission-driven team. Support monthly financial reporting and SG&A variance analysis Partner with cost center leaders to provide insights and support decision-making Build and enhance financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify trends and opportunities Assist in improving staffing and cost modeling (fixed vs. variable) Support a key project to revamp the capital investment process Gain exposure to month-end close and accounting workflows

What You'll Bring:

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively Curiosity and interest in improving processes What You'll Gain Real-world experience in FP&A and healthcare finance Exposure to cross-functional teams and leadership Opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that impacts patient care Hands-on involvement in projects that drive business decisions

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The range for this role is $24.00 to $26.00 hourly, based on experience and qualifications.

THE COMPANY

Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to children that are medically fragile since 1990. Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age's birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.
