- Mid-Level Information Technology Financial Analyst
- to join the Boeing Defense, Space and Security Product Lifecycle Management team in Hazelwood, MO; El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; or Ridley Park, PA.
Position Responsibilities:
- + Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives + Manage financials for the division including developing and maintaining the 5-year long-range business plan, managing monthly opportunities and risks, and supporting funding decisions with data analysis + Take ownership of financial processes and outcomes, ensuring accountability for budget management and financial reporting accuracy + Develop and maintain monthly performance metrics and dashboards to track portfolio performance (budget vs actual) and inform decision-making + Optimize resource allocation across the division, ensuring that investments are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver maximum value + Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed + Identify financial challenges and opportunities, developing innovative solutions to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency + Support organizational change initiatives related to portfolio management, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the process (e.
- Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- + 3+ years of experience planning and managing a financial budget + 3+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements + 3+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining + 3+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership + Experience with Microsoft Excel and data Manipulation
- Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- + Bachelor's degree or higher + Experience in project or program management + Experience in security, governance, risk, and compliance + Experience in budgeting and financial management + Experience managing global teams + Experience in Microsoft 365 products, communication, and collaboration + Experience working in complex environments and matrix organizations + Experience in change management and organizational development + Experience being proactive, motivated, and initiating high-level tasks or projects independently with limited external direction or encouragement •

Summary pay range:
