• In a single Finance Excellence Academy (FEA) rotation, youwill gain exposure to a specific business area while learning about thetechnical side of Siemens Energy's products and technologies.

You will seefirsthand how finance supports strategic decision-making, drives businessperformance, and helps power the global energy market. Throughout your rotation, you will partner with financeleaders and cross-functional teams to support forecasting, budgeting, month-endclose activities, financial analysis, and management reporting. You will workwith tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other financial systems to analyzedata, identify trends, and deliver insights that influence key businessdecisions. You may also contribute to process improvement, automation,and AI-driven initiatives as we continuously strive to increase efficiency andembrace new technologies. Each rotation offers a unique opportunity to buildtechnical expertise, strengthen business knowledge, and expand yourprofessional network. Through collaboration with experienced financeprofessionals, you will gain real-world exposure to the challenges andopportunities shaping the future of energy.

• Program Overview
• Join the Siemens Energy North America Finance ExcellenceAcademy for a 24-month rotational program designed to developearly career professionals.

Participants will complete four sequential6-month assignments across various business areas and corporate functions,gaining hands-on experience in locations such as Orlando, Houston,Alpharetta, Raleigh, and Charlotte. The Finance Excellence Academy is designed to enhance yourfinance career through dynamic experience, diverse locations, networking, andprofessional development. Assignments are structured to provide exposure todifferent professional environments and business models, helping you refineyour career path and build a strong foundation in finance. Experience a wide range of finance roles, including FinancialAccounting, Service Operations Finance, Manufacturing Operations Finance, CommercialProject Management, and Sales & Business Controlling. Additionally, gainexposure to different professional environments by working in offices locatedin Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, Raleigh, Charlotte, and more. Build a strong professional network through mentorship opportunitiesand networking events with business leaders. These connections will supportyour career growth beyond the program, creating a network of like-mindedprofessionals who are committed to your growth.

2 GPA and relevant prior work experience

+ Interest indata analytics, corporate functions, project management, financial planning andanalysis (FP&A)

+ Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights

+ Preferred experience with Excel and other data tools such as PowerBI,Snowflake, and/or Alteryx

+ Strongattention to detail, analytical mindset, and a curious, proactive working style

+ Ability towork independently and collaboratively while contributing to a fast-paced teamenvironment
