Backfill due to internal promotion Company & Culture Long-standing, stable and privately owned manufacturing company Approximately 3,000 employees across 9 states Very profitable with a strong history of stability and no layoffs Conservative, traditional company culture Strict no-smoking policy on company premises due to manufacturing/flammable materials What You'll Do Analyze manufacturing costs , including labor, raw materials, overhead and inventory Build financial models, forecasts and what-if/scenario analyses Support budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic business decisions Analyze profitability, margins, production volumes and product mix Perform break-even, cost and payback analyses Create and maintain financial reporting tools and dashboards Present financial results and insights to management Compare operational metrics to financial results to understand business performance Identify financial risks related to commodities, supply chain, production and inflation Support month-end/year-end close , GL reconciliations and journal entries Look for opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting and financial processes Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
