Acquisitions & Asset Management Analyst

Shamah Properties is seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our growing multifamily real estate team. This position combines acquisitions, underwriting, asset onboarding, and ongoing asset performance tracking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, entrepreneurial, and able to think critically in a fast-paced enviorment.

Responsibilities Include:

Underwrite and analyze multifamily acquisition opportunities Work with brokers, lenders, and interested equity partners Analyze emerging markets and investment opportunities Assist with sourcing new acquisition opportunities Support due diligence, contract, financing, and closing processes Coordinate onboarding of newly acquired assets into company systems and operations Track property performance post-closing including budgets, cash flow, leasing, and operational metrics Assist with budget reviews, financial analysis, and portfolio reporting Support asset management and operational initiatives across the portfolio

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, finance, or related field Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred Strong Excel and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Multifamily real estate experience a plus This position offers direct exposure to acquisitions, operations, asset management, and senior leadership within a vertically integrated multifamily real estate company. Pay:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
