We are a growing and patient-focused dental practice committed to delivering exceptional care and a high-quality patient experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Coordinator to join our team and support our financial operations.
Position Overview:
The Financial Coordinator will be responsible for managing financial transactions, coordinating patient accounts, and supporting overall business operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly.
Responsibilities:
Manage patient accounts, billing, and payment collections Verify insurance benefits and explain financial policies to patients Prepare and present treatment estimates Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances Assist with financial reporting and daily reconciliations Coordinate with front desk and clinical team to ensure smooth workflow Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field ( required ) Strong understanding of financial principles and basic accounting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of organization and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) Experience in healthcare or dental office is a plus, but not required
