We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support key reporting, forecasting, and analytical activities for an electronics organization in Rutherford, New Jersey. Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, project outcomes, and support planning decisions.
• Analyze operating results and investigate variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets to identify key drivers.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reviews and present clear findings to support leadership requests and strategic discussions.
• Mine and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that impact financial performance.
• Review royalty-related data and assist in calculating, validating, and tracking royalty obligations and payments.
• Compile and assess royalty statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contractual terms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs and improve the quality of reporting and analysis.
• Create recurring reports and dashboards that summarize financial performance in a clear and actionable format.
