Business Analyst Job Summary:
Business Analyst needed to gather and document requirements, perform GAP analysis, develop business/process models, support system procurement and modernization, and lead requirements validation and UAT activities. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, gather and prioritize requirements, create As-Is/To-Be models, process and data flows, requirements traceability matrices, functional documentation, use cases, test plans and UAT scripts. Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors throughout the SDLC, identify risks, support process re-engineering, and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
