The search division recruits highly skilled professionals on a direct hire basis. We service our clients primarily in the tristate area as well nationally through our affiliate networks. Our commercial real estate client located in New York City is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve in a key financial support role. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting for external Licensed Collaboration Agreements, overseeing expenses, supporting Business Plan development, and actively participating in ad-hoc reporting requirements. This role will also involve managing and tracking expenses.

Responsibilities:

Support financial reporting team Manage and track expenses for specific divisions within the company Oversee financial aspects of marketing programs, including approval processes and contract reviews Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders Provide financial support for interactions with external partners

Qualifications:

3+ years financial analyst experience, industry experience preferred Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required, MBA preferred Strong financial analysis, advanced modeling skills, experience with US GAAP Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Experience in the commercial real estate industry
