Albuquerque site is looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services team and help drive accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial decision-making. In this role, you'll work with financial data, analyze business trends, support financial reporting, and help ensure the organization has the information it needs to make sound business decisions.

• What You'll Do
• + Prepare forecasts and analyze trends across sales, finance, and general business conditions.

+ Analyze financial information and make recommendations that support the company's financial position.

+ Prepare data for journal entries and review general ledger activity and financial statements for reasonableness.

+ Gather and analyze information for financial statements, ledgers, reports, and tax-related activities.

+ Prepare accurate financial reports for internal and external customers.

+ Identify and communicate financial trends, issues, and opportunities.

+ Follow all applicable safety, health, security, and company policies.

+ Take on additional finance-related responsibilities as assigned.

• What You Bring
• + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to define problems, gather relevant data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions.

+ Strong computer skills and the ability to work effectively in a Windows-based environment.

+ Advanced PC skills and the ability to learn and use company financial software.

+ Ability to communicate information clearly to managers, clients, customers, and others.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

+ Comfortable working with numbers, percentages, ratios, and financial calculations.

+ Ability to read, create, and interpret graphs and other financial information.
