Position Summary Jasmine Distributing, based in Cleveland, Ohio, is a regional food production and distribution company that supports restaurant partners within the Seasoned Brands network, as well as select retail markets and specialty stores across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. We are seeking a Finance Manager to support financial oversight, reporting, and strategic analysis across the business. This role will work closely with operations, purchasing, warehouse, and executive leadership to provide financial visibility, monitor performance, and support data-driven decision-making. The Finance Manager will translate financial data into operational insights, helping leadership identify margin opportunities, cost drivers, and areas for improved operational and financial efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of Jasmine's production, distribution, purchasing, and inventory operations
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly financial reporting, utilizing ERP and financial systems to ensure accurate data, visibility, and operational insight
• Analyze COGS, margins, labor costs, and operational expenses, including product and SKU profitability, to support pricing decisions and overall margin performance
• Develop and maintain product pricing models and product-level P&L analysis to support leadership in pricing decisions and margin management
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and healthy cash flow
• Partner with operations, purchasing, and warehouse teams to improve inventory visibility, cost tracking, and financial accuracy, including monitoring inventory valuation, cost variances, and waste trends
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, assisting leadership with financial modeling and scenario analysis
